Booth note: Booth locations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Corner and certain areas may incur additional charges. Booth fee will be provided after application review.

Compliance note: If you are going to sample or sell food, you must obtain the required Orange County Health Department permit. Alcohol sales or service require separate approval and applicable ABC permit compliance.

Booth Selection

Agreement Terms

  • Upon receipt of this application, CHIMAC-FEST LLC will review the submission and issue an official invoice for the selected booth type.

  • Vendor participation is confirmed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise approved in writing by CHIMAC-FEST LLC.

  • Booth placement, operating conditions, and on-site execution will follow the final event layout, approved product category, and organizer operations plan.

  • All business licenses, seller permits, certificates, menus, product lists, insurance documents, and any required approvals must be submitted by the organizer's deadline.

  • Food, beverage, sampling, cooking, alcohol-related activity, open flame, or other regulated operations may require separate written approval and may be subject to additional venue or government requirements.

  • The signer below confirms they are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the vendor organization.
