Venue policies
Great Park Live's Event Terms and Conditions apply at Chimac Fest 2026. The attendee essentials:
Bags
- Small clutches up to 4.5" × 6.5" are fine and don't need to be clear.
- Larger bags must be clear plastic/vinyl, no bigger than 12" × 12" × 6".
- One non-clear bag (up to 12" × 12" × 6") is allowed for medical or baby supplies, with extra screening.
- No backpacks, duffle bags, or luggage.
Food and drink
- No outside food or beverages.
- One factory-sealed plastic water bottle (up to 16.9 oz) per guest; empty refillable bottles are allowed.
- Dietary needs or baby food: email [email protected] ahead for approval.
Comfort
- Lap blankets up to 45" × 55" and fabric seat cushions are welcome.
- Chairs and umbrellas are not allowed.
- Small battery-powered fans (no misters) are fine.
Families
- Strollers and wagons are not permitted at ticketed commercial events like this one.
- Service animals are welcome; other animals are not.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited venue-wide. Parking, re-entry, and weather policies for Chimac Fest haven't been published by the venue yet — check back closer to the event.
