Known limitations

Until the evaluation happens, the honest answer is that limitations are unknown rather than absent. Two things we already know:

• Embedded videos play on YouTube, where captions are managed by the video owner — the site itself has no audio or autoplaying media.
• The ticket checkout lives on Tixr, a separate service with its own accessibility conformance, which this site doesn't control.

Our target

This site is built to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard: semantic structure, full keyboard operation, visible focus, validated color contrast, meaningful text alternatives, reflow on small screens, and respect for reduced-motion settings.

Display options

The round button in the bottom-left corner opens display options — bigger text, more line spacing, a readable font, stopped animations, high contrast, and highlighted links. These are built into the site itself, apply on your device only, and are saved in your browser. Your browser's own zoom and text-size settings also work everywhere on this site, and your system's reduced-motion preference is honored automatically.

Conformance status

Not assessed. We haven't formally evaluated this site against WCAG 2.2 AA yet, so we make no conformance claim. An evaluation is planned before the event, and this page will be updated with its results.

Evaluation and remediation

Before the event we will run an automated scan plus manual keyboard, zoom/reflow, reduced-motion, and screen-reader checks on the key routes (home, tickets, Kids Zone, vendors), on current desktop and mobile browsers. Findings will be recorded here with severity, owner, and target fix dates.

Venue accessibility

Great Park Live works to accommodate every guest. Service animals are permitted at the venue, and guests who need assistance at the event can contact the venue team at [email protected] in advance. Medical-supply bags (up to 12" × 12" × 6") are allowed through additional screening, and guests with dietary restrictions can request approval to bring outside food.
