Become a vendor
Chimac Fest brings three days of Korean food, culture, and music to Great Park Live in Irvine — and the booth floor is a big part of it. Applications for the 2026 festival are now closed.
Applications are closed
The official Vendor Sign Up Form for Chimac Fest 2026 is now closed. If you already applied, CHIMAC FEST LLC reviews each application and invoices you for your booth type — your spot is confirmed once the invoice is paid in full.

How it works
- Apply through the official Vendor Sign Up Form (now closed for the 2026 festival).
- CHIMAC FEST LLC reviews your application and issues an invoice for your selected booth type.
- Pay in full to confirm your participation — booth placement follows the final event layout and your approved product category.
- Prepare your paperwork: business licenses, seller permit, menu or product list, and insurance documents are due by the organizer's deadline. Food vendors need their Orange County Health Department permit; alcohol service needs ABC approval.
