Become a vendor
Chimac Fest brings three days of Korean food, culture, and music to Great Park Live in Irvine — and the booth floor is a big part of it. Applications are open now via the festival's official vendor sign-up form.
Applications are open
Apply through the official Vendor Sign Up Form. Booth locations are first-come, first-served (corner and certain areas may cost more). CHIMAC FEST LLC reviews each application and invoices you for your booth type — your spot is confirmed once the invoice is paid in full. Booth fees are quoted after application review, so the form is the place to start.

How it works
- Apply through the official Vendor Sign Up Form linked above.
- CHIMAC FEST LLC reviews your application and issues an invoice for your selected booth type.
- Pay in full to confirm your participation — booth placement follows the final event layout and your approved product category.
- Prepare your paperwork: business licenses, seller permit, menu or product list, and insurance documents are due by the organizer's deadline. Food vendors need their Orange County Health Department permit; alcohol service needs ABC approval.
